Fall 2025 Learn & Burn

​This one-day event brings together people from the community of all skill and experience levels to learn about prescribed fire. Participants will learn about Prescribed Burn Associations (PBAs), prescribed fire planning, prescribed fire implementation, WA laws and liabilities, WA DNR certified burner program and gain some hands on practical experience in fire planning, preparation and implementation.

​The workshop culminates in a celebration BBQ provided by the host. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions.

​Live Fire opportunities will be available to participants throughout the Fall burn window.
