Boardroom Harvest: A Leadership Salon for Women

​Step out of the boardroom and into the season of harvest.

​Join us for a private evening designed for women leaders to pause, connect, and create.

​We’ll blend reflection with creativity in a guided session where pumpkins become more than décor; they become leadership artifacts. Each guest will paint and design a pumpkin that symbolizes the values, vision, and strengths they want to carry into the next season.

​The evening includes:

• ​A short talk from a guest speaker on symbols of leadership and presence

• ​A guided creative workshop to translate your leadership style into color and form

• ​A salon-style circle where each woman shares her pumpkin’s story in a sentence or two

• ​Fall-inspired bites and drinks in a relaxed, intimate setting

​You’ll leave with:

• ​Your own Leadership Pumpkin, a visual mantra for Q4 and the year ahead (follow up to your Vision Board)

• ​New connections with fellow executive women

• ​A space for reflection, storytelling, and shared leadership wisdom
