​What to expect

​Maybe you’ve been to a Sound Bath, a Sound Meditation, or a Sound Journey, but have you been on a Sound Adventure? Joseph weaves an overtone rich soundscape like only he can utilizing instruments from all over the world, as you, through deep listening and active dismissal of distractions embark on a meditative and healing journey within. Expect around 90m of sound followed by a sharing circle.

​What to bring

​If it’s comfortable, bring eye covering! We offer Zero Gravity chairs for our listening events. We have extra blankets and pillows, but feel free to bring whatever you might like to be even more comfortable. A closed water bottle is handy as well.
