Session Overview

Being a changemaker in 2025 isn’t easy. Between rising global challenges, shrinking resources, and ever-growing expectations, it can feel impossible to prioritize your own wellbeing.

This interactive, practical workshop is designed for social entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and impact-driven individuals who are struggling to keep themselves well while trying to make the world better. If you feel like you’re too busy to focus on your own needs—or simply don’t know where to start—this session is for you.

What You’ll Gain

  • Practical tools and strategies to sustain your wellbeing in high-pressure environments

  • A chance to connect with peers who understand your challenges and can offer support

  • Inspiration to take meaningful action to protect your health, mindset, and energy

  • A space to reflect on your personal needs and leave with a realistic self-care plan

Whether you’ve burned out before or are trying to avoid hitting that wall, this workshop will help you build resilience from the inside out—and remind you that you’re not alone.
