​Our campsite is located inside Alice Lake Provincial Park, surrounded by forest and just a short walk from the lake.

​💲 Booking & Payment Details

​Booking Fee: $70.00 (to secure your spot)

​👉 Additionally, $80 will be collected 3 weeks before the trip to cover shared expenses.

​We will take care of:

​• Groceries (shared meals)
• Firewood
• Fire pit / propane (if needed)
• Water & cold drinks
• Toiletries (basic shared use items)
• Basic shared supplies

​This means you don’t have to worry about managing everything individually — we’ll handle it for you.

​⛽ Carpool & Gas

​You will need to split gas with the members of your carpool group only.
Each car group will calculate and divide their own fuel cost.

​⚠️ Alcohol Not Included

​Alcohol is not included in shared expenses and will be managed individually.

• Reach Alice Lake around 6:30 PM
• Set up tents
• Prepare food together

​• Relax & chill by the lake
• Swimming games social time
• Visit Shannon Falls
• Evening bonfire + group activities

​📍 Sunday — July 26

​• Morning chill
• Pack up campsite
• Return to Vancouver
