Cooking Dinner with Malmö Youth

​Join us for a community dinner in Malmö during The Drop, bringing together rescued food, local youth, and people working on the future of food.

Together with Folkets Skafferi, we’ll cook a meal using ingredients rescued from local supermarkets. We’ll then share dinner with young people from Fryshuset, an organisation working with youth through culture, education, entrepreneurship, and community.

We’ll meet in the late afternoon, cook together, and sit down for dinner around 7pm. The evening is meant to be simple and human: a chance to step outside the conference setting, meet young people from Malmö, exchange stories, and share perspectives across food, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.

The dinner is hosted by Edaphon in collaboration with Folkets Skafferi and Fryshuset.
