Event Description:

Automation and social media are rapidly reshaping how businesses operate, communicate, and grow. This workshop is designed to help Santa Cruz business owners understand how these tools can be applied in a clear and practical way without unnecessary technical complexity.

Rather than focusing on theory, the session emphasizes direct application. Participants will work one-on-one with experienced operators to identify where automation systems, ERP workflows, and social media strategies can improve day-to-day operations, increase efficiency, and support long-term growth.

The format is intentionally small and interactive to ensure each attendee receives personalized guidance. Through real-world examples, live walkthroughs, and direct collaboration, complex systems are broken down into actionable steps that can be implemented immediately.

The workshop begins with an introduction to how automation and social media are currently used in real businesses, followed by an operational deep dive where our experts identify inefficiencies in workflows, communication, and systems. Participants are then split into smaller groups to work directly with operators on either automation or social media, allowing for more focused, hands-on guidance tailored to their specific needs. A core component of the workshop is one-on-one implementation, where each participant maps out solutions for their own business. The session concludes with a clear action plan and next steps.

By the end of the workshop, participants will walk away with a clear understanding of how to integrate these systems into their business, along with a practical framework for doing so independently.
