One of the key Chief of Staff responsibilities is cadence. On the surface, it seems easy enough to define what needs to be done weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually working with your principal. But too often as a CoS you develop a great cadence powered by classic operating model tools and within a few months it is already not happening the way you envisioned.
Why? Running an executive team requires the delicate dance between structure and creativity. As a Chief of Staff, you need to enable a system that allows for both, but that is tricky as there is never enough time to optimize everything.
Attend this 1-hour workshop and immerse in WHY a structured but flexible approach is important, HOW to create a system that works at your company, and WHAT you need to do to make your model stick.
