This is the last Interval Session before the Race Week starts. We will use this session to get practice our Race Paces and get the confidence we need to perform in our races!
Goal:
Improve anaerobic threshold
Increase VO₂max
Build tolerance to high-intensity efforts

19:20 - Runnink Intervals - Building Speed for Race Day!
20:10 - Cool Down & Hydration with DRYLL
