​About the Instructor:
Evon Freeman began her career in animation design after studying Visual Development at the Academy of Art University. She has worked across set design, prop design, effects design, and character design before transitioning to storyboarding. She has contributed to both feature films and board-driven animated series at studios including Disney Television Animation, DreamWorks Animation, Netflix, and currently Sony Pictures Animation. Her credits include Star vs. the Forces of Evil, How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, The Croods: A New Age, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, and Thelma the Unicorn.

​She has also developed and pitched original projects of her own.
