Close your eyes, turn inward and give yourself a moment to come back to yourself. Through gentle movement, conscious breathing and body-awareness techniques, you’ll guide your nervous system back to balance and release built-up tension.

On Tuesday, May 12th, Heart(Work)Space will celebrate May - Mental Health Awareness Month! Join a 20-minute group session with Marcelina and learn simple somatic tools for nervous system regulation that you can take with and use on daily basis.

Whether you’re stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply low on energy, this session offers practices to restore mental focus and emotional balance.

She supports individuals, teams, and founders in strengthening their self-awareness and resilience, helping them shift out of autopilot and start choosing what truly serves them. She is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
