This session helps people reset their relationship with technology while learning the basics of AI. We’ll focus on mental clarity, digital boundaries, and how to use AI tools in a healthy, intentional way.
Participants will explore digital overwhelm, social media habits, and emotional regulation, then get a beginner-friendly introduction to AI, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot. No technical background required.
