Then, you'll spend the morning building something you can use. Nothing you build requires client or matter data.
Come with one real problem from running your business. Not sure what to choose? Think about:
Org design and staffing. Do I have the right people in the right seats? What skill set does my next hire need?
Profitability. What practice areas are most profitable? Where do we regularly lose money?
Performance, leverage, and utilization. How do I know where I'm getting the most leverage, and what staff is performing well? How do I have performance management conversations effectively?
Stepping back. What has to be true before I can dial back my involvement day-to-day?
