Join us for a nourishing morning where psychology, breath, inner truth, and the wisdom of the waves come together. In this immersive experience, we explore what still blocks your flow—both in life and in surfing—and open space for clarity, connection, and joy.
What to Expect
10:00 – Arrival & Welcome

Optional short exercise in pairs, or surfskate for the inner child (weather depending).Walk to the Beach & Ocean Dip
