​We are thrilled to let our community know that the terms on this round are unlike anything you'll see in a typical angel deal- it is what makes this so exciting, and also why we're up against the clock: Your investment is matched dollar-for-dollar by the State of New Jersey. You can receive 40% back as a tax credit. And we have a very tight window to pull this off.

​To put it simply: for every $10,000 you invest, the state puts in another $10,000 and you get $4,000 back. You're out of pocket $6,000, and The Fourth Effect receives $20,000. The round must close in 45 days, by May 8, 2026. SWITCH (Kate Brodock, The W Fund) is leading the round. Investments are made through an SPV hosted by our trusted partner, Play Money. You can invest directly, from an IRA, or from a DAF. The minimum check is $5,000.
