Farm.One Tasting Tour
Tour Farm.One’s indoor hydroponic farm and experience new flavors and culinary plants in a sensory experience unlike any other in New York. Our Brooklyn production farm uses LED lighting, hydroponics, and technology to grow hundreds of culinary plants with no pesticides or chemicals, and up to 90% less water than a traditional farm. Clients include restaurants like Eleven Madison Park, Rezdora, Gage & Tollner, Bangkok Supper Club, and Please Don't Tell, among many others!
Please note that bar beverages are not allowed on the tour. We encourage you to arrive early or stay after for a drink in the Brew Lab, but you will not be allowed to bring a drink on the tour itself.
Ticket Includes:
1 hour guided tour of our grow room, display racks, and brewery area.
Tasting of rare herbs, micro-greens, edible flowers, and (for those of age) beer!
