Each year, we host this annual event to help interns, students, and early career professionals prepare for recruiting season with confidence. Think of it as your friendly compass: part learning, part sharing, part celebration of community.
This check-in is for anyone grinding through apps, ghosted by recruiters, or just trying to figure out the next move. We’ll cut through the noise and give you the inside scoop on how to actually land something this season.

We’re bringing together recruiters, career creators, and students who’ve been in your shoes to answer the questions you really want to ask—raw, unfiltered, and off-script. This isn’t just about listening to speakers — it’s about you. We welcome the audience to share experiences, ask questions, and even help answer them. This is a collaborative space to support each other through recruiting season.
