Cohort 6, Gold Event Day

​Hiring Partner Event Day

​This is your unfiltered window into the program: a full day on-site to meet the Challengers, see how they work, and kick off the formal interview process.

​Early Arrival and coffee runs from 8:00 to 9:00 AM.

​At 9:00 AM, partner presentations begin.
Each partner will have 5 to 10 minutes in front of the full cohort, and your presentation should cover:

• ​Your company and culture

• ​What a Gauntlet grad will be doing at your organization

• ​How AI native your company is

• ​What you are looking for from the day's interviews

​Presenting without slides is strongly encouraged.

​Interviews begin at 10:00 AM. Every interview is 30 minutes.

​Full Day Schedule

• ​8:00 to 9:00 AM: Early Arrival and coffee (optional)

• ​9:00 to 10:00 AM: Partner presentations (5 to 10 minutes each, plus Q&A)

• ​10:00 to 10:30 AM: Interview 1

• ​10:30 to 11:00 AM: Interview 2

• ​11:00 to 11:30 AM: Interview 3

• ​11:30 AM to 12:00 PM: Interview 4

• ​12:00 to 1:00 PM: Lunch (provided)

• ​1:00 to 1:30 PM: Interview 5

• ​1:30 to 2:00 PM: Interview 6

• ​2:00 to 2:30 PM: Interview 7

• ​2:30 to 2:45 PM: Break

• ​2:45 to 3:15 PM: Interview 8

• ​3:15 to 3:45 PM: Interview 9

• ​3:45 to 4:15 PM: Interview 10

• ​4:15 to 4:45 PM: Interview 11

• ​4:45 to 5:15 PM: Interview 12

• ​5:15 to 6:00 PM: Free time

​Come ready to observe, engage, and interview.
