CON TACTO — Conscious Movement & Contact Impro
A guided exploration of movement, awareness, and connection through contact dance.
Discover freedom in the body, presence in motion, and authentic connection with yourself and others.
------
This session is an invitation to return to the body as a place of awareness, freedom, and connection.
Through conscious movement and the principles of contact dance, we explore how motion becomes a language and a way to listen, relate, and discover new possibilities within ourselves and with others.
Contact impro is NOT A SENSUAL OR PERFORMATIVE ACT.
It is a practice of presence. Within yourself, and with others
We use:
shared weight
balance and counterbalance
leading and following
listening through touch and movement
to create a space where two or more bodies can move in harmony without hierarchy, without performance, simply responding to the present moment.
You can expect:
guided movement and introspection exercises
gentle expansion beyond comfort zones
deeper connection with breath, rhythm, and sensation
more freedom to move, express, and feel
authentic connection with others through safe, conscious contact
This practice connects self-awareness, music, embodiment, and relationship into one living experience.
No dance experience is needed.
Only curiosity, openness, and a body willing to listen.

Now, this is for you, bright mind reading:
Why this practice matters?
In highly cognitive environments like startups, AI, and technical creation, most training happens in the mind.
Yet clarity, creativity, and resilient performance depend on the state of the nervous system and the intelligence of the body.
Contact dance becomes a practical training ground for:
calm awareness under pressure
real-time adaptation without overthinking
non-verbal trust and relational intelligence
mobility, regulation, and long-term energy
These are the same qualities that support clear decision-making, strong collaboration, and sustainable high performance.
In this sense, the practice is not only artistic.
It is founder training for presence, adaptability, and embodied clarity.
