About the Event
We invite you to step out of the city and into nature.
This Samanà Community Hike is a gentle and conscious walk through the beautiful landscapes of Garraf Natural Park, arriving at the peaceful Buddhist Monastery nestled in the mountains.
A space to slow down, breathe fresh air, and reconnect with nature, with your body, and with each other.
This is not just a hike.
It is a shared journey.
We walk together at a relaxed pace, allowing space for silence, conversation, and presence. Along the way, we will pause, observe, and take in the surroundings — letting nature guide the rhythm.
At the monastery, we will take a moment to rest, reflect, and simply be.

Te invitamos a salir de la ciudad y entrar en la naturaleza.
Esta caminata comunitaria de Samanà es un paseo consciente y suave por los paisajes del Parque Natural del Garraf, llegando al Monasterio Budista en la montaña.
Un espacio para bajar el ritmo, respirar aire puro y reconectar — con la naturaleza, con tu cuerpo y con los demás.
No es solo una caminata.
Es un viaje compartido.
Caminamos juntos a un ritmo tranquilo, dejando espacio para el silencio, la conversación y la presencia. Durante el recorrido, haremos pausas para observar, sentir y conectar con el entorno.
Al llegar al monasterio, tomaremos un momento para descansar, reflexionar y simplemente estar.
