Check your phone into our digital day care and create some time for yourself in community. 🐇
Set aside time for yourself to catch up on personal work (ie, journaling, study, art making, reading, meditation, etc), and do it in a room full of body doubles! Our focus is on being mindfully present with one another in a distraction free environment.
AGENDA
1:00 PM - Sign-In & Settle In! Check your phone and grab a name tag. Please be on time as it helps improve our time together.
60 minutes - "Warm up time" - one on one time with yourself (bring your activity material or choose from ours) Journal, meditate, read, knit, make art, or simply be. Have some “me time” in community.
120 minutes - Go back to your "me time" activity, or connect with the people around you. This time is all about getting to know each other in a relaxed, open space. Or, just keep to yourself and your activity - you get to choose!
30 Minutes - Closing & Gratitude - Wrap up with a quick reflection and gratitude. ________________________________________
