Digital Minds Working Group: Collective Intelligence in the Latent Space
In the Digital Minds working group, we convene interdisciplinary researchers, scientists, academics, philosophers and curious minds to explore the “strange loop” of mind, brains and machines understanding and shaping one another.
This group, an initiative of NODES, will gather in partnership with Foresight Institute's Berlin AI Node. Starting with this first session, we plan to meet at regular intervals at the Foreisght Node in CIC.
The DGWG will be a space for expanding our explorations of computational consciousness, machine epistemics and the underlying science and philosophy informing them.
In the first meeting of the DPGW, we’ll explore self-organizing systems, collective intelligence and the infinite nature of shared knowledge from which intelligence emerges and continually defines itself.
