Speakers:
Sharon Njavika, Director at Dalberg Design: Sharon integrates behavioral science, HCD, and qualitative research to solve development challenges across health, employment, energy, agriculture, and financial inclusion in East, West, and South Africa and South East Asia. Previously at The Busara Center For Behavioral Economics, she helped launch Nigeria's first government-affiliated behavioral science testing unit. MSc in Health and Development from The London School of Economics.
María Alejandra (Male) Sandoval, Director at Dalberg Design: Male applies HCD, service design, and qualitative research to advance climate resilience, rural livelihoods, and financial inclusion across Latin America and Africa. She works across the Americas and Nairobi studios, strengthening South-to-South design collaboration rooted in local knowledge and lived experience. Previously at Dalberg, she designed learning experiences for city officials in the US to build more welcoming communities, for adults on the autism spectrum to strengthen their informal networks, and for youth involved in gangs to create and lead their own productive projects. MFA in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts, New York.

Sanjukta Das: Sanjukta is an independent design practitioner, advisor, and leadership coach with over thirteen years of experience advancing equity-centred and participatory design across global health, education, gender, and governance. Her work focuses on how identity, power, and lived experience shape the ways people design, access, and adopt solutions. She has previously led engagements at Dalberg and partnered with Acumen, IDEO.org, UNLEASH, and MIT D Lab.
Shraddha Rawat: Founder, Learning Design Community, a global network of 6000+ learning professionals from the development, education, and corporate sectors of 42+ countries, focused on advancing impactful learning.
