ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Kasia Lee brings over a decade of experience in product design and marketing. At Grab, she was part of the R&D team crafting user journeys and interfaces for millions of users across Southeast Asia. She later applied her expertise as a project manager in web3 companies and has run lead generation campaigns for service-based companies across various industries in Singapore.
She founded growgreat, a done-for-you lead gen system, to help local service businesses in Singapore grow without the stress or confusion. Over the last year she's been quietly rebuilding the heart of her own business around AI. Voice-to-content pipelines, scheduled research agents, and lead systems that run themselves. This workshop is the inside look.
