​AI adoption among PMs in health tech is already happening. A lot of it is under the table. There's no shared playbook, no common learnings -- everyone is solving the same problems separately, in a regulated environment where bad assumptions are expensive and good ones are hard-won.

​The identity anxiety -- technical or not, empowered or threatened -- is a distraction. PMs already know how to communicate, experiment, and iterate. That's the job. These are just new tools for doing it, with higher stakes and more constraints than most industries have to navigate.
