About Event

Founders Poker was such a hit that we’re going to try to keep it going once a month.

Same idea. Same room. Same good energy.

This is a small, intentional gathering for founders, builders, operators, creatives, and people who are actually doing the work.

No presentations. No pitches. No awkward networking circles. No pretending

Just low-stakes Texas Hold’em, real conversation, good people, and a room where you can laugh, relax, and be yourself.

We’ll play, hang out, talk business naturally, and let the night go where it goes.

Poker has a funny way of showing how people think.

How they make decisions. How they handle pressure. How they bluff when they clearly have nothing.

Kind of like business.

This isn’t about winning money. It’s about getting the right people in the right room without all the usual startup noise.

What to expect:

Low-stakes Texas Hold’em Beginner-friendly Small table, limited seats Real conversations Good laughs No pressure to perform A relaxed, respectful room

BYOB and Potluck Style

Bring something to drink. Bring something to share. Bring your best poker face. Snacks, drinks, finger foods, pizza, chips, desserts, whatever works. Nothing fancy required. This is more “founders hanging out” than “corporate networking event with sad cheese cubes.”

What this is not:

Not a pitch event Not a formal networking mixer Not a place to corner someone for 25 minutes about your app idea Not high-stakes gambling

Who it’s for:

Founders, builders, creatives, operators, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and people who value real connection over forced networking. You don’t need to be great at poker. You don’t even need to know how to play. Someone will walk you through it. Come ready to play the game, read the room, meet good people, and have a good time.

Seats are limited. RSVP required. Starts at 6 PM.
