Root & Reach - Movement & Meaning
Bring into awareness the body, the breath, and the quiet ways we hold tension within ourselves.
Through gentle movement, guided stretching, and shared reflection, we explore how the way we move through our bodies often mirrors the way we move through the world.
What we'll do
In this guided session, led by a movement facilitator, we slow down and reconnect with ourselves through simple, accessible practices.
We begin with a light arrival and warm-up, easing into the body. Through guided stretching, we notice where we hold tension, what feels open, and what might be ready to release, not to fix anything, but simply to pay attention.
The session gently expands into a shared space, where stories around climate and everyday life are exchanged, grounding the experience in both self and the world around us.
Post the workshop, we will head to a South Indian breakfast - the ultimate Bengaluru good-time, conversation over masala dose & coffee.
