I’m Natalie Kirkoroglu, LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and business consultant on a mission to bring more “serious” play into the business world. I help founders turn complicated ideas into crystal-clear stories that investors and clients actually get, and genuinely love.
With 15+ years in leadership roles across industries - from Tech and Insurance to Hospitality and startups - I’ve worked with brands like Oracle, Pega Systems, and PwC, blending consulting, digital marketing, and business strategy to create impact.
Through my LEGO® workshops, consulting projects, speaking engagements, and transformation initiatives, I bring play, storytelling, and innovation into business. I guide brands to think differently, spark creativity, and prove that business can be smart, results-driven, and genuinely fun.
