Claude code 101 for PMs

​You've heard about Claude Code. Maybe you installed it. Maybe you opened the terminal, typed something, and thought "now what?"

​This session is the "now what."

​What we'll cover:

• ​Installing and configuring Claude Code from scratch

• ​Core commands, settings, and the ones that actually matter

• ​Writing your CLAUDE.md — the file that makes Claude work the way you think

• ​Connecting your tools (Slack, Linear, Notion) via MCP servers

• ​Two real PM workflows, live on your own setup:

  • ​Pull a PRD from Linear → summarize it → send a Slack update to your team

  • ​Paste meeting notes → extract action items → create tasks with owners and deadlines

​You'll walk out with a working setup and two workflows you'll actually use on Tuesday morning.

​Prerequisites:

• ​A laptop with a terminal

• ​Claude Code installed (Let me know if you need help)
