Get out of mom mode. Self care but make it involve crafts and women who can bond over 3am wake ups.
Come alone or bring your mom crew. You don't need to be crafty. You don't need to know anything about perimenopause. And you definitely don't need to have your life together.
Just come.
Because preventing burnout can look like getting support.
But sometimes it can also look like dessert, a cute tote bag and a night out with the girls.

Hey Mama! I'm the founder of Club Peridise, a community helping women navigate perimenopause, midlife and everything that comes with this season of life.
A former pharmacist turned Life, Business & Executive Coach, and mom of two tweens in the South Bay. I was completely caught off guard by my own challenging experience with perimenopause. It ultimately led me to create what I wished I found: honest conversations, trusted resources, and more places for women to simply be together.
But before Club Peridise, there was Avenue Mama—where I was bringing moms together since 2018.
Because somewhere between raising kids, careers, relationships, aging parents, hormones and ALL THE THINGS, moms need a place to exhale, laugh, make new friends and remember:
We get to have a life, too.
