Pleasure Mapping: A 5-Week Virtual Sensory Series
Pleasure Mapping
A 5-Week Online Sensory Series for Knowing Yourself and Deepening Connection
If you've ever frozen when your partner asked "what do you want"...
Or said "I don't know" when you actually did know, but couldn't find the words...
Or felt like you're supposed to know how to have great sex, but nobody actually taught you how desire works...
You're not broken. You just need a map.
Pleasure doesn't come from trying harder.
It comes from knowing yourself well enough to stay honest and letting yourself want what you want.
Many of us were never taught how to listen to our desire.
We learned how to accommodate, perform, or guess, especially in relationship.
Pleasure Mapping is a 5-week guided online series for individuals and couples who want more intimacy, more clarity, and more aliveness without pressure, performance, or pushing past themselves.
This work isn't about chasing orgasm or fixing your sex life.
It's about attunement.
Because when you're attuned to yourself, connection with another becomes more playful, more erotic, and more real.

By the End of This Series, You'll Have:
✓ Your personalized Pleasure Map across all five senses, a tangible reference for what genuinely opens you and what quietly shuts you down
✓ Language to express desires and boundaries without over-explaining, collapsing, or bracing for rejection
✓ Practices you can use immediately, no special equipment, no performance pressure, just tools for your actual life
✓ Understanding of your unique accelerators and brakes so you can stop guessing and start choosing
✓ A framework for having real intimacy conversations that don't feel like a performance review
✓ The capacity to take responsibility for your experience without carrying the whole relationship
This isn't theory. It's a map you build for yourself, one that works with your nervous system, not against it.
Who This Is For
you want more intimacy, not more pressure
you want to understand your own desire and your partner's without mind-reading or guessing
you love each other but don't always know how to talk about sex
you want pleasure that feels mutual, chosen, and alive, not obligatory or performative
you believe intimacy should be something you grow into, not something you perform
you're tired of feeling stuck, mismatched, or like you're supposed to "just know"
Whether you come solo or with a partner, you'll be working with the same core question:
What happens when I know myself well enough to let myself be met?
This Series Is NOT For You If:
You're looking for a quick fix or overnight transformation, this work unfolds over time
You want techniques without examining your patterns, we go beneath the surface here
You're not willing to be honest with yourself, this requires curiosity, not perfection
No prior experience required.
Curiosity, openness, and honesty are enough.
Why Pleasure Mapping Works Differently
Most sex education focuses on technique. Pleasure Mapping focuses on attunement.
Most relationship advice tells you what to do. PM teaches you how to listen.
Most intimacy programs push you to "just communicate." PM gives you the language and nervous system capacity to actually do it.
This series doesn't give you scripts to memorize or positions to try.
It gives you a framework for understanding yourself, so you can stop performing and start feeling.
What This Series Supports
Over five weeks, we explore self-attunement as the foundation for relational attunement, learning how to listen inwardly so intimacy, communication, and erotic connection have somewhere to land.
This work supports intimacy to feel:
grounded > performative
spacious > pressured
curious > obligatory
honest > confusing
You'll Learn How To:
✓ Recognize what genuinely opens you and what quietly shuts you down, not what you think should, but what actually does
✓ Understand your pleasure preferences across the senses, sight, sound, touch, taste, smell, so you can articulate desire with specificity
✓ Develop language for needs, desires, and limits that feels true to you, not borrowed from someone else's script
✓ Communicate with your partner without collapsing into yourself, over-explaining to convince them, or bracing for rejection
✓ Take responsibility for your experience without carrying the entire emotional weight of the relationship
✓ Name what you want before the moment, so desire isn't always a mystery you're solving in real time
Pleasure becomes less mysterious and more shared.
Not because you've mastered it, but because you've learned how to listen.
The Journey: What We'll Explore Together
This is a progressive series, each week builds on the last, moving from self-awareness to relational integration.
Week 1 — Foundations: Self-Attunement & Choice You learn how your desire actually works and how to listen without pressure.
We explore: the Dual Control Model of arousal (accelerators and brakes), how to recognize what genuinely opens you vs. what shuts you down, and the difference between choosing and performing.
You'll practice: Body-based check-ins, noticing without judgment, and creating space to feel what you actually feel.
You leave with: Understanding of how your unique nervous system responds to pleasure and stress.
Week 2 — Sight: Designing Your Dream "Sex Room"
You explore what your body responds to visually, internally and externally, and how environment shapes desire.
We explore: How visual stimuli affect arousal, the role of imagination and fantasy, what "setting the stage" actually means for your body (not just aesthetics).
You'll practice: Sensory visualization exercises, identifying visual turn-ons and turn-offs, creating intentional space for intimacy.
You leave with: Clarity on your visual pleasure preferences and how to communicate them.
Week 3 — Taste & Smell: Memory, Emotion & the Body You access pleasure through memory, association, and the senses that bypass logic.
We explore: How scent and taste connect to emotional memory, using sensation to drop into presence, the relationship between pleasure and disgust (and why it matters).
You'll practice: Sensory exploration exercises, identifying associations that open or close you, working with memory as a pathway to desire.
You leave with: Tools to use scent, taste, and memory intentionally in intimate contexts.
Week 4 — Touch: Communication, Attunement & Curiosity You practice asking for what you want, receiving touch with choice, and exploring curiosity together.
We explore: The Wheel of Consent framework, how to ask without apologizing, how to receive without performing, the difference between taking and serving (and why both matter).
You'll practice: Structured touch exercises (with or without a partner), asking clearly, saying no without guilt, staying curious instead of obligated.
You leave with: Language and practice for navigating touch with clarity and choice.
Week 5 — Integration: From Knowing to Saying
You translate insight into real conversations using tools like RBDSM, a practical framework for self-advocacy and clarity in intimacy.
We explore: How to bring your Pleasure Map into real-life conversations, navigating mismatched desire with compassion, asking for change without blame, sustaining intimacy over time.
You'll practice: Scripting difficult conversations, role-playing (optional), translating body signals into words your partner can understand.
You leave with: A complete Pleasure Map, language to communicate it, and tools to keep evolving.
Each week includes:
90 minutes of live teaching and embodiment practices
Recorded content you can revisit alone or with your partner
Optional breakout spaces for reflection and conversation
Practical tools you can bring directly into your relationship
This isn't about getting it right. It's about learning how to listen.
How We Approach This Work
This series is grounded in science, guided by sensation, and built for real relationships.
We're not here to perform, fix, or force.
We're here to listen, explore, and expand capacity at the pace your body can hold.
We work with:
The Dual Control Model of Arousal
What accelerates you. What brakes you. How your nervous system actually works (not how you think it should).
Sensory Awareness as a Pathway to Desire and Presence
Pleasure isn't just sexual, it's being alive in your senses. We use sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell as pathways to presence and connection.
The Understanding That Pleasure Can't Be Forced, Only Invited
You can't manufacture desire. You can only create conditions where it's welcome. This changes how we approach everything.
Choice, Capacity, and Orientation Rather Than Guarantees
We honor what's true for you now, not what you think should be true. This isn't about hitting outcomes. It's about expanding your range and respecting your edges.
This orientation is especially supportive if you:
→ want more intimacy but don't want to push yourself or your partner
→ love your partner but struggle to talk about sex without it feeling like a negotiation
→ crave erotic connection that feels safe and alive, not one or the other, both
No pressure to share what you're not ready to share.
No pressure to perform pleasure you're not feeling.
Just tools for knowing yourself and letting intimacy unfold from there.

Common Questions
Q: Do I need to share personal details in the group?
A: Participation is always invitational. You share what feels right for you. Listening is a completely valid form of engagement. Some people speak every week; others process internally and share occasionally. Both are welcome here.
Q: Can I attend if I'm single or not currently in a relationship?
A: Absolutely. This work deepens your relationship with yourself first which is foundational whether you're single, dating, or partnered. Many participants attend solo. You'll leave knowing yourself better, which changes everything that comes next.
Q: What if my partner isn't interested in attending with me?
A: That's completely normal. Most couples don't attend together. You can do this work solo and bring the insights back to your relationship. The language and practices you learn will serve you regardless. That said, if your partner is curious, they're welcome to join.
Q: What if I miss a live session?
A: All lecture content is recorded and yours to revisit after the series ends. That said, the live embodiment practices are experiential and best experienced in real time when possible. If you know you'll miss multiple sessions, consider joining a future cohort.
Q: I have a history of trauma. Is this appropriate for me?
A: This series is trauma-informed and designed for bodies at all stages of healing. We move at the pace your nervous system can hold. Nothing is mandatory. That said, this is education and practice, not therapy. If you have specific concerns, I'm happy to discuss on a free 15-minute clarity call.
Q: Will this help my sex life?
A: This isn't sex therapy, but participants consistently report that understanding their desire and having language for it transforms their intimate experiences. We're not chasing orgasm or "fixing" anything. We're building attunement. The rest tends to follow.
Q: Is this LGBTQ+ inclusive?
A: Yes. This work is for all genders, sexualities, orientations, and relationship structures. The frameworks we use are about understanding yourself and communicating clearly, they work for everyone.
Q: What's included in the Series + Integration option?
A: The Series + Integration package includes everything in the standard series, plus a private 90-minute 1:1 session with me where we personalize your Pleasure Map, create custom practices tailored to your nervous system patterns, and support you in translating insight into your dating life or actual relationship. Most people choose this option because it bridges knowing into doing.
Q: My partner and I have different levels of interest/comfort. Will this work for us?
A: Yes. Many couples attend with different starting points. The series is designed so each person explores their own map first, then learns to share it. You don't need to be "matched" to benefit—in fact, understanding your differences often reduces friction.
Q: Can we do the practices together outside of class?
A: Absolutely. The workbook includes practices designed for solo exploration and partner exploration. Many couples use the week between sessions to practice together.
Q: What if I'm just curious but not sure this is for me?
A: Early registration is designed for exactly that, it lets you explore gently without the pressure of a deadline. If you're still unsure, you can also book a free 15-minute clarity call with me to discuss your specific situation.
Q: What happens after the series ends?
A: You'll keep your workbook, recordings, and WhatsApp community access. Many participants continue practicing together informally or return for future cohorts. I also offer 1:1 coaching for those who want continued support.
Q: What's your refund policy?
A:If you attend Week 1 and realize this isn't for you, email me within 48 hours of the Week 1 session for a full refund, no questions asked. After Week 1, all sales are final as the series is designed as a complete journey.
