Recognize Psychological Manipulation in the Workplace
Psychological manipulation at work doesn’t usually feel dramatic.
It feels like confusion... like constantly wondering if you’re the problem, or walking on eggshells without knowing why.
Over time, subtle power dynamics can distort your perception, make you doubt your reality, train your nervous system into fight-or-flight, and quietly erode your confidence.
This workshop breaks down how psychological manipulation operates quietly in workplaces—through language, hierarchy, urgency, and coercive patterns—and how to respond with clarity instead of self-doubt.
All participants will receive:
A guided PDF workbook to support reflection, pattern recognition, and integration.
Access to a 14-day replay of the teaching portions. Breakout discussions are not included.
