​Confidence built to last: A Deep Work Session for Founder & Start-up Operators ✨

​Do you look like you have it handled, but you're not always sure what's actually holding it up?

​Then this session is for you.

​Together with Factory Berlin, we invite you to look at what your sense of worth is actually resting on, understand what shapes your confidence under pressure, and build tools for a more stable internal foundation for your leadership and personal life.

​In this 2h workshop, you'll examine what your confidence is really built on, spot what cracks under pressure, and leave with tools for a foundation that doesn't reset to zero every time a deal falls through or a metric dips.

​Together with other founders, operators, investors and tech professionals, you'll get space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what holds you back.

​Hosted by: Adrian Wangerin, psychologist (M.Sc.) and coach based in Berlin. He works with high performers and leaders on the space between self-worth and performance — perfectionism, the inner critic, and the quiet cost of never quite feeling enough.

​The Four Pillars of Self-Worth: see which parts of your foundation are solid, and which wobble under pressure.

​The Whole Self Map: map the parts of your identity that live outside of work, and notice which ones have gone quiet.
