​A hands-on evening for accountants and bookkeepers who want to actually understand, and use, AI in their practice. No jargon, no pitch. Live demos, real prompts, and an honest conversation about where this is all going.

​Bring a laptop. This is not a session you watch. You will run the prompts yourself and leave with 50+ of them ready to use the next morning.

​Karan Patel, Co-Founder of Aqqrue and former AI researcher at MIT, leads the AI portion: a live walkthrough of AI-powered bookkeeping on Claude Cowork, covering transactions, reconciliations, clean-ups and building a beautiful P&L.

​Erin Pohan of Upkeeping joins for a special one-hour session on the realities of building and running a modern accounting practice. We close with a candid conversation on where the profession is headed, then dinner and drinks, on us.

​Hosted by Aqqrue, an AI work studio for accountants backed by Lightspeed and Activate. We have spent the past year building this inside real firms, and this evening is us sharing what we have learned.
