About Event

Join fellow San Diegans for an eco-friendly community gathering! Bring a succulent cutting to share and gather for conversations about environmental challenges facing our region—from drought resilience to sustainable living practices we can adopt.

Dr. Jill McGrady, a professional ecologist and plant enthusiast, will be joining to educate on succulent information and care tips.

What to Bring:

  • A succulent cutting or clipping to share with the community

  • A clean glass jar or reusable container for collecting new plant starts

What You'll Get:

  • Fresh succulent cuttings to take home for your garden or indoor space

  • Actionable insights on reducing your environmental footprint

  • Connection with like-minded neighbors passionate about climate action

New to succulent sharing? No worries! We'll have plenty of cuttings available—just bring a jar and leave with new green friends for your home.

Additionally - Pure Project is debuting Noc-Turtle in celebration of SD Climate Week. Pure Project partnered with WILDCOAST to protect endangered Leatherback sea turtle nests on the coast of Oaxaca, Mexico. Every can of Noc-Turtle murky IPA supports WILDCOAST’s conservation efforts to protect the nests of these gentle ocean giants, whose current population in the area has declined by an alarming 90%

Perfect for plant lovers, climate advocates, and anyone curious about sustainable community building in America's Finest City.
