About Event

How can businesses translate sustainability efforts into meaningful customer value and communicate that value credibly and effectively?

In this interactive workshop, participants will explore key marketing considerations for understanding what customers value, connecting sustainability efforts to those needs, and communicating them in ways that resonate.

Through discussion, examples, and hands-on application, participants will leave with a practical tool they can use to guide how their organization markets and communicates sustainability to consumers.
