Regen Action is an impact-driven gathering designed to regenerate the bioregion faster and more effectively — together.
Join a community of like-minded people for a focused, hands-on morning/ or full daysupporting one of the region’s selected regenerative sites. Each Regen Action follows the same framework: learn by doing, contribute meaningful impact, and strengthen the living systems we depend on.
You’ll work directly with soil, plants, trees, and tools — responding to the real, seasonal needs of the land. Every action is intentional, practical, and part of a wider regenerative vision.
Regen Actions evolve with the site and the season, but always offer:

Often, a shared moment of tea infused / plants harvested
🙌 What to expect to this Regen Action
For this session, the focus is on supporting the Site #1 - Regen Lab Forest after the recent storm, through essential maintenance work, and restore well the inspiring educational & research showcase.
Cutting and removing fallen, cracked, or stressed branches
Pruning selected plants to reinforce structure and resilience
Cutting, and spreading biomass to protect soil and nourish target trees
Clearing out the walking paths

Regen Actions are guided by experienced regenerative practitioners, including Mathias(CEO, Regen Waves), Pedro(Agroforestry Developer & Researcher), and Maria(Regenerative Nature Guide & Agroforester).
Their role is to hold the framework, read the land, and guide the group so that every action contributes meaningfully to a living regenerative project, while deepening your understanding of ecosystem regeneration in practice.

Robust clothes & water resistant shoes (ideally boots)
Raincoat (light rain expected)
Hat or cap (extra light rain protection)
Water bottle (ideally 1L)

A bag for harvesting fresh medicinal or edible plants
