ββββπ Where & When
Time: Doors open at 6:00 PM. The meeting begins once the room fills, usually about 10β15 minutes after.
After practice, weβll take things off the mat and keep the night going at Churchill Tavern nearby with food, drinks, and good hangs.
ββββπΏ What to Expect
We're a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
βββOur Vinyasa practices are for all levels and run about 60 minutes. Expect to move and breath through an active sequence of standing and balance postures, followed by a restful savasana on the floor.
βββWe understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your pjs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.
ββββπ₯ After Yoga
Stick around. Weβll head out together to Churchill Tavern for a relaxed food and drink hang nearby. Nothing formal, just good vibes and good company.
