The Join Program HR Strategy Dinner is a new platform designed for senior HR leaders who are shaping the future of work in their organizations. A certified Strengths Coach and a board member of the VC Platform Global Community, Anna blends human-centered thinking with deep tech curiosity to shape the future of work.

Formerly with BCG and BCG Digital Ventures, he now supports HR teams as a consultant and interim VP People, with a focus on implementing AI-enabled solutions across recruitment, capability development, and workforce planning. Paul combines hands-on expertise with strategic insight to help organizations unlock the potential of AI while keeping people at the center.
