Resolutions: a peer support circle to reflect on the chaos of the past year and express dreams for the year to come!
As one year closes and another begins, we invite you into a gentle online Belonging Circle to pause, reflect, and imagine what might come next.
This circle will be held in two intentional parts.
First, we’ll take time to look back on the past year, noticing what we’ve carried, what has shifted, and what deserves acknowledgment. Together, we’ll reflect on experiences of uncertainty, resilience, grief, growth, and care that have shaped us.
In the second half of our time, we’ll slowly turn toward the year ahead. Through quiet journaling and shared reflection, we’ll dream into hopes, intentions, and small seeds for the year to come. This portion of the circle is designed to end on a more spacious, grounding, and hopeful note, offering a gentle transition into the new year.
Belonging Circles offer a non-clinical, yet therapeutic space to process the emotional weight of living through the polycrisis, including eco-anxiety, burnout, uncertainty, and the deep care that comes with staying engaged in the world.
✧ This is not a productivity or goal-setting workshop ✧ This is not group therapy ✧ This is a quiet, supportive space for reflection, dreaming, and honest presence ✧ You are welcome to share, listen, journal, or simply be ✧ Feel free to bring tea, a notebook, candles, or anything that helps you settle in
What to Expect
Belonging Circles are relaxed, supportive spaces where participants are invited to share thoughts, feelings, and reflections. This is not a space for debate, advice-giving, or fixing. We practice deep listening and welcome silence between speakers.
To help create a space where everyone feels safe to share, we ask that you avoid cross-talk. That means no advice, feedback, or direct responses to what others share. Silence is part of the circle and gives us time to breathe and reflect.
Participation Notes
