Megan is a PMP and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) with 20 years of project management experience under her belt across many industries, organizations, and cultures. She has taught agile project management at the post-secondary level and worked as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project or Program Manager in both predictive and agile environments.
Currently she is a fractional project and operations consultant primarily with Stealth to Series B startups led by visionary technical founders. Megan is passionate about the opportunity project management presents to help businesses refine their strategic execution. As a biochemist, turned organizational chemist, she helps businesses build value delivery systems that grow and scale sustainably at the intersection of Purpose, People, and Process for Profit.
