The Prime Midlife Monthly Reset is a guided 60-minute session designed to help you close the month with clarity, acknowledge your progress, and set deliberate direction for what comes next.
Using the Plus, Minus, Next framework, a structured yet reflective approach that asks what worked, what didn't, and what to carry forward, you'll move from a state of constant doing to one of deliberate action.
In this session, you will:
Close open loops and create space to exhale
Reconnect with your priorities and direction for the year
Leave with one clear, tangible next step for the month ahead
