Winning Donors in 2026: What Every Charity Should Know
Presented by
Zeffy × Stripe Community
Join us for an evening exploring what drives donors to give or walk away, and how small charities can use AI and smarter digital habits to keep them.
ABOUT THE EVENT
The Stripe London Community is delighted to host two of the UK’s leading fundraising experts for a presentation and live Q&A on what it takes to win donors in 2026.
Caroline Fiennes has advised and acted for many donors and foundations, so she brings their view: what it’s really like trying to give, and how some charities make it bizarrely hard to give to them. She’ll share some tips on being findable and fundable, for any organisation, from small teams to major institutions.
Zoe Amar shares new findings from the Charity Digital Skills Report 2025—showing how small charities can use AI and simple digital systems to boost efficiency, build trust, and keep supporters engaged, with practical tips and resources for any size.
We’ll close with a fireside chat and live audience Q&A moderated by Sébastien Boyer.
SPEAKERS
Caroline Fiennes - Director, Giving Evidence
Caroline Fiennes is the founder and director of Giving Evidence, which helps donors and foundations to base their giving on sound evidence. One of the few people whose work has appeared in both OK! Magazine and the scientific journal Nature, she has advised donors of many types on many issues in many countries and over many years. She has also worked on improving the evidence system around giving, and was a prize-winning charity CEO herself. Described by Nobel laureate Richard Thaler as “charmingly disruptive,” Caroline is a Visiting Fellow at Cambridge University, a former Financial Times columnist, and a recognised voice in evidence-based philanthropy.
Zoe Amar FCIM - Founder & Director, Zoe Amar Digital
