​Jodi leads Deloitte’s Telecoms, Media & Technology business in the UK. She is an M&A specialist with over 25 years’ experience in transactions in the TMT industry, predominantly in the privately owned and private equity backed markets, supporting on raising equity, acquiring and divesting businesses and refinancings.

​Duncan Down

​Duncan is an M&A Transaction Services Partner with over 20 years’ experience of supporting clients on transactions. He works primarily with PE and growth investors and their portfolio companies on investments, refinancings and exits. He has broad experience across TMT, with a focus on technology.

​Fran Yearsley

​Fran is a Partner in our Audit & Assurance practice and leads Deloitte’s US IPO readiness programme for UK based companies seeking to raise equity in the US. Fran has worked extensively throughout America, the UK, and Europe, advising CFOs and their finance teams as they undertake US Capital Markets transactions, with a particular focus on accounting, financial reporting, and SOX.

Nik is a Partner at Deloitte Consulting based in San Francisco and leads Deloitte’s US Technology sector for the Strategy & Transactions practice.
