This is a low-threshold, supportive session for international startup founders in Finland who want to practice pitching, get constructive feedback from seasoned business professionals, learn from peers, and connect with potential future collaborators or co-founders.
There is no pressure and no perfection required—just real conversations, honest feedback, and shared learning.
This is a setting with a real audience and experienced facilitators who can help you fine-tune your pitch.

International founders in Finland with ideas, early concepts, or first versions.
Founders seeking a safe space for practice and learning.
✅ The Requirements
Bring your ideas: Come with your early business idea concepts and initial research.
Have a draft: Bring an initial version of your pitch, if possible (talking notes are allowed, slides are optional).
Be open: Feedback will focus on clarity and direction, not polish.

Time: 16:30 – 19:00 (4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
Format: In-person, 2.5 hours. Small peer groups of 4–5 founders each, facilitated by an experienced professional.

16:30–16:40 | Welcome & Safe Space Framing — This is a practice lab, not a contest / Cindy & Sari
16:40–17:00 | What Pitching Means at Early Stage — What are the elements of a good pitch & how to deliver it / Marjukka Holopainen-Rainio & Sara Pitzen
17:00-17:10 | Professional Pitching Coaching — Train, practise & master / Dr. Eija Mäkirintala
17:10–17:40 | Idea Pitches in Small Groups — 2–3 min pitches, expert sparring, and peer reflection.
17:40–17:45 | Minibreak & Open Conversations.
17:45–18:15 | One-Improvement Re-Pitch— Each founder refines one thing (clearer problem, simpler message, or stronger why) and pitches again. (Small groups continue)
18:15–18:35 | Feedback and Collective Learnings — What became clearer, what is the next small step?/ Joint pondering
18:35–19:00 | Co-Founder Networking — Structured prompts for those seeking collaborators.
Noted: Snack and drink will be provided.
