​Women are accumulating wealth, but many of us were never taught how to invest in venture funds or evaluate the people managing them.

​Writing a check into one startup is one way to create impact. Becoming an LP in a fund can allow you to support an entire portfolio of companies, back a thesis you believe in, and build exposure to venture as an asset class.

​She Allocates: Evaluating Fund Managers is a free 60-minute virtual session for women who are curious about becoming first-time LPs, as well as emerging fund managers who want to connect with future investors.

​We’ll discuss how to evaluate fund managers, what questions LPs should ask before investing, what makes a manager credible, and how fund managers can build trust with new LPs.

​This is a two-way conversation. Aspiring LPs will leave with a clearer understanding of how to assess fund opportunities, and fund managers will have the chance to connect with people who are actively learning how to allocate capital.
