​In recognition of Women’s History Month, this private roundtable brings together senior women leaders in cybersecurity to discuss how user risk is being measured, prioritized, and collectively shaped across enterprises. The discussion will be led by Alicia Lynch, industry-leading Chief Information Security Officer, and the insights shared will help inform and guide Dune Security’s research and priorities in the year ahead.

​About Alicia Lynch:

​Alicia Lynch is a respected cybersecurity thought leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning the commercial sector, private industry, the Department of Defense, the federal government, and the Intelligence Community. A retired U.S. Army Colonel, she served as both an Intelligence and Cyber Officer, leading teams and large-scale units in combat and garrison environments around the world at every operational level from Company to National. Since transitioning to the private sector, Alicia has held senior executive security roles across global enterprises, professional services firms, government contractors, and high-growth cybersecurity startups, focusing on enterprise cyber risk, security transformation, and executive leadership. She is an active contributor to the broader cybersecurity community through advisory councils, industry boards, and academic institutions, and is a CSIS Women’s Global Leadership Program Fellow. Alicia has been repeatedly recognized as one of Washington, DC’s Top CISOs to Watch and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, along with CISSP and CIPP certifications.
