As AI continues to disrupt the SDLC, how will it disrupt where, who and how we hire/retain?

Who? What makes a good augmented developer and how do you test for that? And what's the future of the talent pipeline and the junior developer?
How? Contract or FTE? And how do you effectively determine competence (individual or organizational) through the AI generated slop?
Instead of a guest speaker, we're going to focus on structured sharing of all our experiences on the future of talent within the engineering org.
We'll have a buffet breakfast and informal networking starting at 8am followed by an interactive discussion. We're keeping this one intimate ~20 seats in a private board room near 28th and Park, so sign up quickly if you'd like a seat at the table!
