CTOs at Scale (South Bay): Agentic Experiments
Join us on Wednesday February 11th at 8am in San Jose for the inaugural CTOs at Scale CTO Studio, an invite only event series for VPEs/CTOs running orgs of ~100+
Co-hosted by Peter Bell and part of the Gather.dev community, these exclusive monthly sessions bring together CTOs with ~100+ in product/engineering, and provide a place for them to resolve their biggest challenges with their closest peers.
This month we’ll be sharing our agentic experiments for accelerating the SDLC. It’s pretty clear that agentic engineering is working in single player mode, whether it’s a handful of Claude Code/Codex instances or going full on with Steve Yegge’s gastown if you can afford the tokens and the brain damage :)
But how do you scale agentic engineering across an org? How do you manage agent and skill specs and ensure that the committed code isn’t just AI slop?
Join us at 8am in Santana Row, San Jose to grab a bite and meet other CTOs running larger orgs. At 8.30 we’ll start the hour long facilitated boardroom discussion and at 9.30 we have the space for another half hour to continue the conversation before we wrap at 10am.
We’re grateful to our partners at Howdy.com for supporting this conversation and CircleCI for hosting the event.
