Founding CTOs (SF): Agentic Experiments
Join us on Tuesday February 10th at 4:30pm in FiDi for the inaugural Founding CTOs CTO Studio, an invite only event series for venture fund[ed | able] CTOs with < 10 engineers (agents don't count!).
Co-hosted by Peter Bell and part of the Gather.dev community, these exclusive monthly sessions bring together CTOs with <10 engineers, and provide a place for them to resolve their biggest challenges with their closest peers.
Ever wished you could get in a room with your closest, vetted peers for frank discussions on how to go from 0..1 as an engineering leader at a startup? Traditionally I’ve not run communities for early stage technical founders, but these days so many experienced leaders are starting their own thing that I wanted to create a space where we could share challenges and experiments to accelerate the 0..1 journey of starting to build an engineering org in the agentic age.
This month we’ll be sharing our agentic experiments for accelerating the SDLC. How are people engaging with agentic engineering - whether in single player mode or starting to scale good practices across a small team? How are you thinking about things like context, pre-commit verifications, CI/CD and Ralph Wiggins loops (hopefully) converging towards well specified verifiable rewards?
We'll break off into small groups to build community and share what is and isn't working. And all participants will get access to the founding community at Gather.dev to continue the conversation online.
